If you have a discount code and don't know how to
use it here are some easy instructions:
- Decide on your destination and hotel.
- Call, email, or visit your local Beach Life Representative
and tell them you want to make a booking with your
code.
- Mention a valid code and the representative will
apply your discount to your trip.
Note: Discounts begin at $120 per room and can increase
depending on destination, size of group, and dates
of travel.

The Departments of State and Homeland Security
announced that as of January 23, 2007 all United
States citizens will require a US passport to enter
the United States when arriving by air from any part
of the Western Hemisphere...which means that if affects
all of you heading to Mexico, Jamaica or the Bahamas for
Spring Break 2007!
IMPORTANT:
In accordance with the
new passport laws, please double check that the information
we have for you on files is 100% accurate. Up until
6PM Janaury 12th we will allow a free name update.
After January 12th you will be charged a $30 name change
fee.
Examples: Brad to Bradley or Jen to Jennifer.
All ticketed information provided to Beach Life

| With the rising fuel costs
air travel has become more and more expensive every
year. In the past few years the air carriers
who handle spring break travel have been forced to
impose a fuel surcharge to all of their passengers. Unfortunately
these charges have been increasing along with the price
of fuel every year. Beach Life Vacations does
not have any control over these charges. Although
there is no guarantee that these charges will be incurred
again this year, we don’t want to take any chances. So,
we are happy to announce that we have expanded our
Travel Protection package to include protection against
fuel surcharges as well.
In addition to a NO FUEL
SURCHARGES GUARANTEED here is a quick and dirty version
of the other things Beach Life Vacations’ travel
protection package includes:
- Trip Cancellation
Trip Protection refunds for travel arrangements
provided by BLV in the event of cancellation up to
your scheduled depart time due to sickness, injury
or death to you, your immediate family member or
traveling companion.
- Fuel Price Protection
Provides protection from fuel related price increases.
- Trip Interruption
Trip interruption refunds for unforeseen circumstances
where traveling participant must leave travel destination.
- Travel Delay
Reimburses if the covered’s trip is delayed
for more than 12 hours
- Baggage Delay
Reimburses if the covered’s baggage is
delayed for more than 24 hours
- Loss of Baggage
Reimburses for reasonable loss, theft, damage,
